Welcome to the product support pages for DaVinci Technologies' AirplanePDQ software.

If you encounter a problem with the AirplanePDQ software, we would very much appreciate a problem report from you.  However, before you report the problem, you may want to make sure that you have the most recent version of the software.  Please go to our updates page to download the most recent update to the software.  On the updates page, you can also browse through the list of fixed problems to determine if the issue you encountered has already been addressed.

To report a problem, send us an email at support@davincitechnologies.com.  Please supply the version of Windows and the version of AirplanePDQ that you're running since some problems are version specific.

Which version of AirplanePDQ do I have?

DaVinci Technologies uses release dates to keep track of versions.  You can obtain the release information by selecting the "About AirplanePDQ" option on the Help menu from within the software. This information is also stamped on the CD you received or is part of the name of the file you downloaded if you have a demo version of the software.  The following table lists the release name, the name on the CD, and the file name if the software was downloaded.
